they have to clearcoat an entire panel. They can blend the paint.... but they can't blend clearcoat, it has to be an entire panel. So yea, you could "blend" that fascia again, but you would basically repaint half it of it. You can't see the CC though. If I were you I'd just get a jspec, and blend it in to the fenders to be safe, that's what I did with mine and the I'll give $1000 if you can tell the is not oem on it :)
